Middle Market Focus
We understand the challenges, recognize the opportunities and respect the commitment required for companies to build success in the middle market. Consequently, approximately 80% of our transactions are in the middle market, which we define as transactions with enterprise values between $25 and $250 million. While many companies offer advisory and transactional services to middle market companies, it is our sole focus by design.
We use our specialized experience and services to provide qualified intelligence, creative solutions and senior level attention to generate optimal value for middle market companies. We represent a variety of clients including: family-owned businesses, entrepreneurial driven companies, private equity groups and large corporations.
We are not engaged in securities underwriting, trading, research or the numerous other businesses conducted by large investment banks and commercial banks. Our focus is not on market share or being all things to all people. We do, however, offer a full compliment of services to avoid the inherent conflict of being a sell-side only shop whose only advice is generally to sell your business. We provide innovative and intelligent solutions to fit our clients needs. Our goal is to find the right strategic alternative for you and your business.
Providing the best M&A sell-side advice in the middle market is our hallmark, and the platform upon which we have built our firm and our careers. We help individuals, families, venture capital firms, private equity groups and public companies sell business units and entire companies. Our professionals bring to each transaction their thoughtful advice, broad experience, deep expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
